Unfortunately, the Executive Committee of CSIT has taken the decision to fully cancel the proposed CSIT World Sport Games in October 2021 in Cervia, Italy. As a consequence, this also means that the WMF International Minigolf Speed Championships will not take place in 2021.

The main reason has been the new Covid regulations introduced recently by the Italian government due to the rise of Delta-Variant cases. The massive restrictions for major events like these Games make it impossible to continue.

Hopefully this hasn't come as too much of a surprise or affected your future calendar plans too much.

We must all look ahead and be positive, building much stronger player numbers for the next edition of this unique Minigolf event in future. We at WMF are always keen to hear from players/members that may wish to assist in the running of new events like Speed Minigolf - please do get in touch!
